Summer Reading Book Review: Run Right Now
Book Title: Run Right Now
Author: Joe Henderson
Reviewed By: Laura K.
If you are a runner at any stage, you will likely enjoy this book.Henderson has run over fifty years and has much to say to other runners. Henderson remains humble. His advice and encouragement could bolster any level runner. This book is quite readable and any runner will be encouraged by reading it.
Why I Picked it Up: To encourage me to keep running and learn to run faster and to maintain my motivation to run.
Why I Finished It: Henderson speaks in a down-to-earth way which did not discourage me from reading the book, despite my running speed being considerable slower than he's likely ever ran.
I’d Give this Book To: Any runner or would-be runner.
