Summer Reading Book Review - Turtles All the Way Down

Book Title: Turtles All the Way Down

Author: John Green

Reviewed By: Tara E.

The story is about a girl named Aza and her adventures finding a missing billionaire in her local community. She shares this adventure with her best friend Daisy. During their investigation, she reunited with an old friend, the billionaire’s son. This reunion sparks romantic thoughts, and a different adventure begins for Aza. Throughout the story we also walk beside her as she learns to cope and deal with her inner voice, a voice set to bring destruction to Aza.

Why you picked it up: I am a John Green fan. I wanted to read his next book. I’ve read a bunch of his books including The Fault in Our Stars, Looking for Alaska, and Will Grayson, Will Grayson.

Why you finished it: I wanted to see what happened to the missing billionaire and how/if Aza would survive her mental illness.

Who you would recommend it to: I would recommend this book to any John Green fan. It has the elements of his classic books: romantic relationships, a journey between best friends, and an element of mystery.
